Spain came to Phoenix for a night when Danny Avila headlined at Sunbar last weekend. The Madrid-Born artist performed his originals and remixes while lighting up the room and creating an atmosphere for his crowd dance to the entire set.
Throughout the room, the audience was synced up with Danny’s fast techno beats and progressive house elements to replicate the vibe you experience at a major festival like EDC but packed in the room for a couple hundred people. With other big names and options in town that weekend, Danny’s crowd was loyal and chose wisely to participate in a memorable set that took us all on a journey.
Danny came in strong by playing “Sweating” early on. The energy stayed high and so did the crowds hands as he performed remixed tracks like “Mask off” & “Swag on” and other originals throughout the set. The energy Danny generated influenced the crowd to shuffle, bop, jump and fist pump the whole time until he ended the night with a few more originals such as his major hit, “Yes B!tch” where the whole crowd couldn’t help but dance.
From the light show, unique visuals, fast and hard hitting beats, and constant movement- it’s safe to say we here in Phoenix are lucky to have big festival talent like Danny Avila in accessible proximity for everyone to enjoy.
